At Prime Container Hub, we aim to provide reliable products and clear information so you can purchase with confidence. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for our shipping containers and golf carts.

Eligibility for Returns

Return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

  • The item is in the same condition as delivered

  • The item has not been modified, damaged, or used beyond reasonable inspection

Due to the size, transport, and specialised nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return.

New & Used Items

New items
New products may be eligible for return if they meet the conditions listed above and have not been used or altered.

Used items
Used products are sold based on their described condition and may show normal signs of prior use. Returns on used items are generally limited and assessed individually based on the reason for return and the product’s condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law or agreed in writing, the following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom-built or special-order products

  • Products modified after delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unsuitable site conditions

  • Products used outside their intended purpose

  • Delivery, transport, or installation services already completed

Refund Process

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible

  • Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected

  • Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law

In some cases, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Photos or supporting documentation may be required to assess the issue and arrange a resolution promptly.
