Warranty Coverage

New products
New shipping containers and golf carts may include a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty where applicable. Full warranty details, including coverage and duration, will be provided at the time of purchase or within the product documentation.

Used products
Used products are sold based on their described condition at the time of sale. Limited or no warranty may apply unless explicitly stated in writing on your invoice or sales agreement.

What Is Covered

Where a warranty applies, it generally covers:

  • Faulty materials

  • Workmanship issues under normal and intended use

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage or faults resulting from:

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper operation

  • Incorrect installation or poor site conditions

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

  • Consumable parts (e.g., tyres, batteries, lights, finishes, seals)

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  3. Supply photos, videos, or documentation to assist with assessment

Once reviewed, approved claims will be resolved in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Remedies may include:

  • Refund (where appropriate)

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Warranty Policy does not limit or replace your statutory rights.
